The Biocare app allows members to browse our range of professional beauty and wellness services, book appointments at their preferred location, and manage their bookings — all from their iPhone.
Open the app, tap "Create Account" and enter your name, email address and password.
Tap "Book" in the bottom navigation, select your service, location, date and time slot, then confirm your booking.
Go to "My Bookings", find the booking you wish to cancel, and tap "Cancel".

Tap "Profile" in the bottom navigation, update your details and tap "Save Changes".
